Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee (applicable to first-time purchases by new customers).

Renewals are not eligible for refunds. Please confirm before renewing your subscription.

Accounts terminated due to violation of this agreement are not eligible for refunds.

We strive to provide stable and reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or third-party reasons will be restored as quickly as possible, with notifications posted through official channels.

For unplanned service interruptions exceeding 24 hours, we will proportionally extend users' subscription periods.

VPN07's brand, logo, software, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Without written permission, users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use the above content.

Users grant us permission to use their feedback to improve services, but we will not publicly disclose user identities.

VPN07 provides services "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding suitability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
